So while you're waiting for Overgrowth, check out Eufloria. I just spent way, way too long playing the demo. It's a RTS and really neat.
David, you may be interested in reviewing it, if you haven't already. It's available on Steam or http://www.dyson-game.com
The screenshots pulled me in. I'd post one, but I can't find one, and I really need to go to bed. Damn internet with its downloads and fun.
I am in no way affiliated with this "Dyson" company (don't they make vacuum cleaners?).

I got the IGF demo back when it was called Dyson. Definitely a game of patience and relaxation. It feels very ambient and has a cool style. It's a bit of a deeper version of Galcon, imo. However, it takes a while for the amount of units you need to be produced on a lot of levels.

Parallels actually may work for this one...who knows?
Other than that, I'm personally running XP Pro SP3 through Bootcamp.
EDIT: Got a copy of it. Enjoying it so far. =D

Okay, after playing for a while, my main gripe is that there's no multiplayer. Nothing's better than building up your troops, learning to send the right types to fight the enemy based on their type and then owning someone in multiplayer. Even Galcon had multiplayer. Why doesn't Eufloria?
