While obviously not perfect yet, I can easily say that I'm completely blown away. I wonder how long until physics like this can be used in-game. Even realistic footprints in the sand are an appreciated touch-up, when you think about it.
On a side-note, CCP's cloth rendering seems nowhere near as impressive as it did back when they revealed it now that I've seen this.
