Alpha running in a window that takes up the whole screen

Is it supposed to do that because of the console? I just feel like part of the screen is getting cut off by this fact, especially when running the OSX version.

Hm, it runs in a moderately sized window for me. Can you change the resolution in a config perhaps?
What's your native resolution?
