Re: Rabbit texture.
Did you blur out the texture to put the tattoo on?

i think he just did it in very low res. that's what it looks like.Uberbeard wrote:Did you blur out the texture to put the tattoo on?
just a reminder: you wouldnt be able to see a tattoo through the fur unless he shaved there...
Re: Rabbit texture.
There's probably some way to color fur in various patterns. It would be more like face paint than tattoos, because the color wouldn't be permanent.
Re: Rabbit texture.
I think if rabbits had tattoos, they would be more like branding. so it would melt the fur and, and the fur wouldn't grow back.

Re: Rabbit texture.
Well, with normal tattoos they generally kill the hair follicles in your arm, do they not?
You could say that he'd dyed the hair on his arm, as some kind of ritual? Or even that hair is partially translucent, so any pigmentation of the skin would show through quite well... Arguably, though, tattooing hair would not look as neat as that.

wow, that would look really cool. You'd have to model the furrows and divots in the fur where the scar tissue prevents it from growing, but the effect would be great.Azminday wrote:I think if rabbits had tattoos, they would be more like branding. so it would melt the fur and, and the fur wouldn't grow back.

hey Guys
I'll try to change the whole model today, and change the bumpmap, so the Tatto actually looks like a ''tattoo''
