[MAP/CAMPAIGN]Redemption - Chapter 1

I am currently working on a campaign using the editor provided in the game. It follows the story of a raider who got knocked out during a raid, and awoke with no memory. His new self wishes to redeem his honor by helping the village he woke up in. I don't want to spoil the rest of the story, because it should be fun to play it through ;D. This is my first campaign, and my first contribution to the community here at Wolfire.

Almost done now, doing enemy placement, learning how to use nav meshes, and downloading some interesting hotspots ;D

Lol, yeah, I just went to my levels, found one that was .xml, copyed it, deleted it's contents(so the only "base" was Red Shards) and used that. It was Ruins, but I got rid of all the stuff there. :lol:

So it looks like the file you uploaded has not been modified, it is still ZramuliZ's Ruins map... any chance we could get the one you modified?

Hmm... still ZramuliZ's level.

Check and see if your fill is located at: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data\Levels

There are some issues with levels being saved there instead, and we're trying to figure out why.

That is where I am finding the file... I am very confused because it runs correctly for me. Is there another place where levels can be stored?

After so long, I finally figured out that my PC plays this fun game called "hide the map in the deepest darkest corner", and I found said corner. I will now actually release maps! Starting with this one, check first post for a link that actually works(4 realz diz tyme) :lol:

I have more bad news for you... now I'm missing some custom hotspots... I don't have the "displaytextinvisible" hotspot that you are using... If there is any more custom content in the level, be sure to upload that too...

I just use the menu mod, that's all, and I remember using that hotspot, and it not working, now the challenge is to find out which one of the hotspots it is, as by "not working" I mean it just appeared as normal... I will probably just find it in the xml.

Simple as that, changed the displayTextInvisible.xml to displayText.xml in the map file. I make a lot of mistakes, but I know how to fix most of them :wink:
