Thanks I've been working on more improvements on this. I haven't really shown much of them but here are a couple of screenshots.
I'm still working on the color map, which is why they are white. Once I finish the color map (and fix rigging errors and add the morph targets) I will replace the download with this one, which fixes the tail and knockback problems. Then i will see how I can get a pale version working with a palette . It will take me a while to design some good lore-friendly clothing for the character so it might not have clothing/armor for a while, though I could experiment with the new a204 attachment system to see how I could design squirrel-like clothing. (I still like the idea of them having wooden armor) They are sneaky like rats, but less willing to get into a fight. If David ever adds in a personality meter of some sort, The squirrels would probably be more cautious and would want to try and avoid fights, but if they do get into a fight, they are pretty agile (within some limits). Also, I've studied squirrels for a bit and it seems like the average squirrel height would be taller than a rat but smaller than a rabbit, so I will look into that too

Wow this is a big improvement, nice work! I want to suggest for screenshots to pump up the graphics setting so AA, post effects and all that are on so it looks nicer. FPS doesn't really matter for screenshots.

Here's a quick armor idea that I drew on a screenshot. I think that the squirrels should have a lot of camouflage so hopefully this armor would suit them. What do you think? This is still an early idea so this probably won't be the finished version. (and this is just a painting on a screenshot) the plants we could probably put on with the attachment system
(also when downloading the new version, ignore the readme. It still says the issues with the tail and knockback haven't been fixed... But i did fix them, so I will fix the readme in the next update though )
