Well, I don't think that any "official" campaigns will be released, since Lugaru 2 is being worked on. But as for more fan made campaigns, it really depends on if anybody is currently working on one, or is planning on doing one. I guess just ask around, pretty much like what you are doing. I think that another one like Silb's would be awesome. 8)

I think Jeff wants to make a campaign. He asked me if I wanted to help him make one atleast. I am trying to come up with a story line and then I geuss I would have to learn the map editor or just make jeff do it all :). Very possible that I will work on a campaign with Jeff once this semester ends. For now I am way to busy with school to undertake such a task.

I'm thinking of making a short 3-4 level campaign with some dialogue, but nothing overly fancy.

i feel actually that Lugaru is not as popular as it should have been for such a piece of game mastery

Agreed- it looks like David's got plans to bring Lugaru 2 some of the attention it deserves.

Jeff and Staffshock may undertake a campaign at some point. I'm taking a break from Lugaru at the moment. (Overdose.)

Thanks. I'm working on a small shell-level dialogue editor. Hopefully this will encourage more user-made campaigns!

Really? Sounds great. I know that dialogue was always the annoying part when it came to wanting to make a campaign. So this would probably help a lot.

@Silb: Jeff told me he was working on a dialogue program, too. Maybe you could team up. Thanks so much for helping with dialogue, I've got the maps and the story, just need the dialogue.

Man that would be really cool. In fact, I would predict that Lugaru's content would increase explosively. That number of campaign designers would rise from say, 2 all the way up to like 6. That's alot of new content!

An increase from 1 to 2 would already be very cool

i have some framework for a campaign that I started but had to give up on due to dialogue, so hopefully this program can bring it to life. but im not computer savvy (as odd as that is for someone on the wolfire forum apparently), so the dialogue editor would have to be easy to use.
