Anything Else To Do? Apart From Temple.
Anything Else To Do? Apart From Temple.
I have beaten both the standard Lugaru campaign, and Temple on easy and normal difficulties, and im working on them on insane.
Unfortunately, its getting slightly tedious trying to finish the levels where i get stuck.
I'm still in a Lugaru mood, im just running out of things to do.
I'm just wondering what everyone out there does when they are in this situation.
Any other awesome custom campaigns?
Any lugaru-related activities?

Mmm. The wiki appears to be completely covered in spam, under the map section. I also have been looking for more Lugaru stuff, and I'm not a fan of websites that consistently tell me I need to clean out my registry, or that I have spyware, etc.. especially considering it's aimed at people with Windows, and I have a Mac. I don't know what on there is legit and what isn't, so... yeah. Also if there's someone who's into map making that would be willing to talk to me about some things I cannot figure out, I have a desire to make a campaign in my spare time. Let me know if there's interest, for either thing.
M'kay. No responses yet.
Specifically I'm having issues with dialogue (triggering it), hotspots (very limited documentation/examples), and for some unfortunate reason I can't seem to place objects. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, they aren't that Lugaru like, but I can recommend these games:
Tremulous :: Aliens vs. Humans FPS/RTS
Urban Terror :: The Quake 3 version of Counterstike. Better cuz its free and cross platform
I play both because they work, not only on Mac, but on Linux and Windows too.

What about Bootcamp? Does it work on PPCs now? I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Not to mention it requires a copy of windows. I'd rather just get a whole new computer, considering I only have about 2GB of space on here at the moment. Yeah, let's hope that new computer comes into being within my lifetime.

But instead of getting a new Windows machine if you're planning on getting a new computer, you could just get a new mac. Plus, most PCs these days come with Vista, so why would you bother?
And less money? Perhaps, but it's well worth it.
And I agree it isn't hard to get your hands on a copy of Windows.
