Depends on how you view it, Crill3, I have been to places where, "I just am" is considered fine English, however, I guess I did make a mistake, considering that I don't consider, "I just am" good English, thank you.

theblob is correct... Cartoons are typically below 20 FPS.

Movies in the theater are 24 - 25 FPS.
Analog TV is a hair under 30 FPS.
HDTV is 60 FPS.

Yeah, that's why films on television are shorter. To compensate that, god created commercials.

I'm not saying we can't percieve above 30fps, 30fps is where a film/game/whatever starts to seem to be in motion.
