All of the ambient tracks came from a free online music site; so we probably got the song from the same source. All of the songs in Lugaru 2 will be original, however!

Mikko Tarmia and Sean Beeson are doing the music for Lugaru 2, and they are both very talented!

Yeah, thats really weird.
I can't wait to here some of the music for Lugaru 2. I'm hoping it will be really epic, and the type of music that you hope is in mp3/ogg format, so you can listen to it all the time.

I can tell you I've had quite a few of the tracks on a continuous loop while I work. Is good stuff.

Sean is the only one I know out of those 2... great choice! He has some amazing pieces. I think I asked him to be on a CD I'm making and planning to distribute to Borders... don't remember if he agreed.

So what kind of music do they create? Is it like a soft ambient based violin sonnet they play, or is it like a multi-sound keyboard that they work on. Are they creating songs right now? Will it be like nice backround music? Or will it kick up when things start to get exciting(IE:battle music). Are we gonna be hearing just straight up music, or will there be some form of lyrics being sang alongside it?

Right now Mikko Tarmia has created many excellent tracks. Hopefully we can sample some of them for you guys. Lugaru 2 is going to have a lot of original music and it is all very high quality with various themes.

Music has alot to say about movies and games to create the right atmosphere. imho, it's just as important as realism and (game)play/story!
I'm counting on you, guys! Make something awesome (and let us hear it?
)
